Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, depending on where you live you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us via email, or lodge your complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Users
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal data outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal data is also processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in these countries.
If we transfer your personal data out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the personal data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
If we transfer your personal data out of Singapore, we will ensure that the recipient of the personal data provides a standard of protection to the personal data so transferred that is comparable to the protection under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
